Do you guarantee the visa?
No. Guarantees do not exist: consulates and prefectures decide. Anyone promising "100%" is lying or building deception into your dossier. What we do guarantee: an honest pre-payment assessment, a professionally built dossier and a licensed avocat's work.
How long does the process take?
Schengen — weeks. 1-year visas — 1–3 months including preparation. Carte talent / French Tech Visa — typically 2–6 months: most of the time goes into building evidence and letters, not the review itself. You get an exact timeline after the assessment.
I don't speak French. Is that a blocker?
For the carte talent itself, most categories carry no formal language requirement. For life in France and renewals the language matters. We work in English and Russian; all filings are prepared in French.
What about my family?
Spouse and minor children go through talent-famille — a simplified procedure without classic family reunification or 18-month waits. We prepare family dossiers in parallel with the main case (+€690/person).
Can I apply from Russia / Kazakhstan / Israel?
Applications go through French consulates in your country of residence. Routes and practical nuances differ by passport and residency and change over time — we confirm the current route at the assessment instead of promising one in advance.
I had a refusal before. Is it over?
No — but the reason must be understood before any new filing. We analyse the refusal motivation, fix the dossier, change the category if needed, or start with a 1-year landing-strip visa.
Who is your avocat?
A licensed French avocat specialising in immigration law, introduced when the engagement starts (an NDA stage before payment is available on request). Only the avocat performs regulated legal acts in France.
